1. When a leader and/or a follower are fearful of one another, what behavior might ensue? Describe a situation (real or hypothetical) where that might occur and what the expected results were/would be.
2. When prideful leaders play on the fears and concerns of their followers in order to obtain a preordained or desired outcome, what are the long-term and relational implications that might occur? Provide a real or hypothetical example.
