Beckhard and Harris’ change model states that when desire for change *dissatisfaction among employees*vision of future are more then the change should take place.
According to this model when we plan a change , we first need to know the opinion of the employees towards current system. If they are not satisfied and want a change in the system we must explain them the consequences of the change and must prepare them for the same. When they are ready to accept the change we must evaluate the situation present and in future and only then we must execute the plan for the change.
