Role Culture:- The organizations which follow the role culture mainly adhere to the predetermined policies and rules. In these organizations the operations are managed by those individuals who have a good knowledge of their responsibilities, roles. The position of an individual in the hierarchy decides the power in these organizations.
The detailed organizational set up is the foundation of these types of firms and they have a relatively tall and longer chain of command. This takes a long decision making. The changes to be implemented are applied after having the consensus of all.
