Diversity is a very common issue in workplace today and this has developed because of the globalization of business oganizations largely and this has actually helped organizations in various aspects. I believe that in an organization there are various forms of diversity other than cultural diversity and they are diversity based in age and age difference of emloyees, diversity based in gender, diversity based on origin of the employees, etc.
The advantage of having .a diverse workforce is that it provides the organization with options and with diversity in culture, age, gender and various other factors the organization can actually make diverse plans as well which may benefit the organization. The primary disadvantage of diversity is that it may cause conflicts and issues in the workplace which may affect the environment and productivity if an organization.
