Determining level of accuracy for choosing alternative and consequences
In project management all projection for resources are estimated according to its availability in natural condition. Its also important to design project plan according too what if basis. In natural course of action its very rare that the resources get available. And manager may face botel-neck, and to avoid circumstances manager must be capable to analysis cortical conditions and take the decision for alternative course of action for getting resources available.
Wile designing project plan there are certain thumb rule also known as quality of project plan .
project plan must be flexible according to adjustable to cortical conditions
Project manger must be authorized take decision to change in resources available as well changes in method
Project manger must be well knowledge person from micro as well macro operations involved in project
Thus if alternative available it may affect the quality output. If tolerance limit for quality out put is directly proportional with input. For very small change in input there may be possibility of large change in out put in that case input alteration can not be permissible. Where as large change in output if there is negligible change in output quality, in that case the alteration is permissible, which must be below the level permissible quality variance.
Thus choosing the alternative is subjected to level of acceptance with minimal variance in quality output .
