Internal team can investigate the accident, they also need to collbare with company’s legal team to ensure smooth investigation. There can be chance of foul practice, so internal investigation team need to investigate the accident all the possible angle. They can first start investigation from witness, then they can go for circumstance evideance. An efficient legal teams support is crucial for internal investigation team to complete the investigation in proposed time. Investigation team need to check, organization’s current safty policies and equipment to make them more effective. They can also implement Canban system to alert employees about the dangers in the work place or in factory. Organisation need to provide safty training to employess, in a constatnt interwel to reminde them about the dangers, which occuer in work place. Organization also needed a internal team, whom will be checking the equipment in a specific interval to find the faulty machines.
