I am writing today to complain of the poor technical support I received from your company and no training sessions have been scheduled as promised.
We were promised that they would be a proper customer care support regarding all the technical issues faced in the database management. There was no service delivered as per the promise and we are still facing use issues storing the database. Technical support are not supportive enough to provide solutions for the problems asked. And there was a huge delay between to request for support. Even the technicians of your company don’t know how to deal with that specific situation.
I am very frustrated buy waiting for solution on the smallest technical issues happening over the database management and nobody is responding from your company to provide the technical support as you have promised while setting up the softwares.
In addition there’s also no training session has been scheduled from past 3 months as you promise in the very beginning of the contract. It is being really uncomfortable to work with the database management system provided by your company and support we are getting.
I trust this is not the way software supplier wishes to conduct business with valued customers, we have trusted you and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.
