My past experience while communicating with various people is good as I found majority were very supportive. I also found that an open communication and sharing the insight with others helps you to increase your understanding and positive support increases you confidence. In my opinion, the most supportive individuals were who herd you patently and gives the solutions of your problems. Communicating with the individuals who are most supportive and empathetic to your situation makes you feel positive and confident and reduces your worries to a great extent. These individuals help you to develop an optimistic approach towards your work and help you to understand your strength and weaknesses..
