This assignment is to provide you with practice using loops. Thus loops should be used wherever appropriate. Other methods of solving the problems will not receive full marks even though they may work. The use of the “break” keyword is not permitted in this assignment. Also, using loops such as “while True:” is bad practice. Reduced marks will be given for solutions that use such constructs.
Question 1: Groovy Numbers
A number is “groovy” if it is divisible by 13 or if it is both even and greater than 10. Write a function that takes a number and then returns True if it is a groovy number or False if it is not. You will have to combine and, or and maybe some brackets for this one. Your program should have 2 functions: the groovy function and another that prompts the user for the number, calls the groovy function then prints the result. Your program should repeat until the user enters a negative number at which time the program ends.
