According to Mr. Cadbury’s the test applies that if the parties involved are ethical enough or at least sensitive enough to respond to the sanction of negative publicity.
However, My response to this question is No, i.e. I wont be embarrassed to have it described in the newspaper. In this competitive world where hunger for success is so strong that many a tomes employees and employers dont really bother about ethics. The tests described by Cadbury visualize a situation where the parties involved in the situation are acquainted with what they are doing is incorrect and unethical but still they believe that they can “get away” with it.
This test is not sufficient for testing ethics. Several other situational tests can be conducted in order to test whether the ethical values are still the part of behaviour of a person or not. we will always come across two sets of people while conducting any ethical tests. One may view something as ethical while another will see it as unethical. Several ethical quizes can also be implied for testing ethics.
